A thought-provoking and inspiring programme of exhibitions and events
GALLERY 23
Gallery 23's mission is to develop an understanding and appreciation of art's complex role in reflecting and affecting how people relate critically and creatively to a changing world.
At Gallery 23 we strive to initiate, produce and present a diverse and respected programme of exhibitions, events and publications that enhances and enlivens the physical environment of the West End in Edinburgh, and provides a vital platform for critical thinking across media, disciplines, cultures and contexts.
We aim to foster new connections by bringing together the artist and the viewer in a diverse new environment.
Our commitment is to produce ancillary programs that further the aesthetic role of the arts within the context of music, theatre, dance, and spoken word.
All proceeds from events and art sales at Gallery 23 support ESU Scotland's work.
