Over 250 delegates from 31 countries attended. › ESU World 2008 EDUCATION & TRAINING Education and training form the core of ESU Scotland’s activities. As well as our programmes with schools in the area of Speech & Debate, we offer a broad range of English Language Classes, and offer expert training in all aspects of Public Speaking and Presentation Skills. ESU Scotland also runs a prestigious Creative Writing Competition jointly with the National Galleries of Scotland and the Scottish Poetry Library. Along with these, we have a lively Creative Writing Group that meets monthly, and hope soon to establish a Book Group.
